On 6 August 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized “MFA Muay Thai Flash Mob” at Parc Paragon. This activity is a part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’s project to promote Muay Thai as a martial art with cultural essence as well as a sport and exercise for everyone and everywhere through young generation. It is also a part of the Government’s campaign to introduce Muay Thai into the Olympic Games and other international sports competitions.
Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of Poland, Ambassador of Colombia, and Ambassador of Brazil as well as members of diplomatic corps and families joined the said event.
