On 27 March 2022, Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Director-General of the Department of Information and the Ministry’s Spokesperson, together with officials, visited the Father Ray Foundation. Welcomed by Mr. Chid Sooknu, Director of Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind, the group learned about the foundation’s mission to take care of disabled juveniles and empower their potential on self-reliance with robust physical and mental health—expecting that they can rejoin the society and be the force to drive Thailand forward.

On behalf of the Department of Information, Mr. Tanee Sangrat donated subsidies, books, and necessities, and thank the foundation for giving the Department of Information an opportunity for collaborative learning. The Department of Information is grateful to participate in supporting and introducing its mission to communicate and create awareness of foreign affairs for the inclusive benefit of the society.
