On 22 November 2023, Mr. Lee Jooil, Director General of the Department of Information and Deputy Spokeperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea had a meeting with Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Director General of the Department of Information and Spokeperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Department of Information, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On this occasion, both sides shared experiences and exchanged views especially on the topics such as challenges of Public Relations in the age of Social Media, fake news, and seeking future cooperation between the two departments. This meeting enabled both departments to share different perspectives and practices which can be applied to the work of both departments in the future.
