On 17 September 2025, the Department of Information organized a PR Workshop at the Press Conference Room to share techniques for writing PR content, professional formats, guidelines for crafting social media messages, as well as methods for photography as part of PR elements. Representatives from the Press Division and the Public Diplomacy Division served as speakers, which the session was attended by more than 70 participants.

This knowledge-sharing workshop aimed to foster understanding among MFA personnel in presenting the Ministry's work and missions, Thailand’s stance on key issues, as well as benefits to the people, in a concise yet comprehensive way through appropriate communication channels to reach target audiences.
