On 14 November 2022, Tanee Sangrat, MFA Spokesperson, and Chumpol Jangprai, a Thai Michelin Star Chef, presented the special menu for #APEC2022THAILAND's gala dinner.
All dishes were created under the theme of “Future Food for Sustainability”, which relates with the main theme of Open. Connect. Balance. The menu “opens” APEC leaders to Thai food experience; “connects” them to the ingredients locally sourced across the country;
“balances” well-being of planet and people by utilizing ingredients from many royal projects, community-based enterprises and local farms. The gala dinner consists of four courses – appetizers, salad, main course and dessert.
