Today (14 Mar 2024), at the Food School Bangkok, members of Luukrieang Group attended lectures on the topics of “Food Hygiene Management, Ingredients Selection and Cooking Process of Halal Food” by the Halal Science Center Chulalongkorn University and “Inspiration in New Recipe Creation” by Chef Chumpol from the Thai Cuisine Academy.

In the afternoon, the Group participated in an experience-sharing session and a cooking workshop from local ingredients by experts from The Food School Bangkok. This has enhanced the culinary skills of members of the Luukrieang Group and opened up their creativity, which will drive them along the culinary journey in the future.
