On 18 January 2023, Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Director - General of the Department of Information and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led a delegation of executives and staff from the Department for a study visit to the Thailand Office of Bloomberg L.P. They were received by Mr. Lee Miller, Editor-at-Large, and Bloomberg’s journalists and staff.

There, the Director – General and the team received a briefing on the operations of Bloomberg, and exchanged experiences and views on news media and information in modern times. Bloomberg L.P. is a leading international media company focusing on business journalism, as well as a major data provider for customers who are mainly executives and professionals in the financial and economic sectors, and business leaders around the world.
